Limited Lifetime HDMI Port Warranty

Microlenk Technologies (“Microlenk”) provides this Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) for the newly installed HDMI port on the serviced device, subject to the terms and limitations set forth below.

Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship defects related solely to the HDMI port installed by Microlenk.
During the life of the device, Microlenk will, at its discretion, repair or replace the HDMI port that was installed by Microlenk if it is found to be defective due to:

Defects in materials of the replacement HDMI port; or

Defects in Microlenk’s installation workmanship.

Exclusions

This Warranty does NOT cover:

Broken, damaged, or lifted PCB traces, pads, or surrounding circuitry, whether existing prior to service or occurring afterward.

Any damage resulting from misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, impact, excessive heat, electrical damage, modification, or improper handling by the customer or any third party.

Any components or functionality of the device other than the newly installed HDMI port.

Any damage caused by attempted self-repair or repair by another service provider after Microlenk’s service.

Warranty Claim Procedure

• To make a claim under this Warranty, the customer must:
• Provide proof of service performed by Microlenk.
• Return the device to Microlenk for inspection.
• Allow Microlenk reasonable time to evaluate the HDMI port for defects covered by this Warranty.
• If the HDMI port is found to be defective due to covered causes, Microlenk will repair or replace the port at no charge. Determination of coverage is at Microlenk’s sole discretion.

Limitations of Liability

Microlenk’s liability under this Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the HDMI port installed by Microlenk.

Microlenk will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages; Loss of data, loss of use, or loss of functionality unrelated to the HDMI port installation.

Transferability

This Warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the service was performed, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

The cost of return shipping is included in the purchase price.  We will return ship your device via UPS or FedEx Ground unless "You" the customer advises and or pays for expedited return shipping.  We will return ship your device by using a Sign on Delivery and Insured Package with tracking.
